Three, the opening of the free expansion limit
When installed, the opening eight times expansion can not exceed the thickness, otherwise more than ring design stress, so that the piston ring is in danger of breaking or deformation. Do not hand close the opening, in order to avoid deformation.
Four, before the ban on processing opening
Piston ring is as a precision machining of parts made of, any processing opening, change the ring of the curve shape, light leakage caused by and by an increase in the opening gap, may lead to the decrease of the oil and gas leakage and pressure and so on. (Figure)
Five, the oil scraper ring installation
(1) three piece steel scraper ring
First elastic lining ring is arranged in the oil scraper ring in the ring groove and the lining ring end completely docking, again under the liner ring end completely docking state is pressed by a thumb, the scraping ring opening and the lining ring end left shifted by 90 DEG, into the whole week.
