Examination unplug the wire harness injector plug, with million with meter to measure the resistance between the wiring terminal; at 20 DEG C, for high resistance injector and its resistance should be 12 ohms to 16 ohm; for the low resistance injector, the resistance should be for 2 ohms to 5 ohm, otherwise, should be replaced.
Check the voltage detection of fuel injector
Detection of injector voltage, 9 14V note: the detection voltage is the voltage which is specific
(2) inspection of fuel injector
The injector leakage inspection: the amount of oil in the 1min should be less than 1 drops, otherwise it should be replaced.
Test the injection quantity of the injector fuel injection quantity: the difference between the amount of fuel injection should be less than 10%, otherwise it should be cleaned or replaced.
