Provisions on the administration of motor vehicle maintenance
The sixth chapter legal liability
Article 49 in violation of the provisions, any of the following acts, engages in business activities related to the motor vehicle maintenance and repair, by the road transport authorities at or above the county level shall be ordered to stop their business; have the illegal income, confiscate the illegal income, illegal income more than 2 times to 10 times the fine; no illegal income or the illegal gains are less than 1 million yuan, Department of more than 2 million yuan 50000 yuan fine; constitute a crime, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility:
(a) without obtaining the business license of motor vehicle maintenance, vehicle maintenance illegal business;
(two) the use of invalid, forged or altered motor vehicle maintenance business license, illegal business operation of motor vehicle maintenance;
(three) beyond the licensing matters, illegal operation of motor vehicle maintenance and repair.
Article 50 in violation of the provisions, motor vehicle maintenance and repair operator illegal transfer, lease of motor vehicle maintenance and repair business license, by the road transport authorities at or above the county level shall order it to stop illegalbehavior, the collection of the relevant documents of the transfer, lease, impose a fine of 2000 yuan of above 1 million yuan of the following; illegal income, the confiscation of illegal income.
For the transferee to accept illegal transfer and lease, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of article forty-ninth.
