Eighteenth motor vehicle maintenance business license is valid for the implementation of. Engaged in one or two kinds of automobile repair business and a motorcycle maintenance business certificate is valid for 6 years, engaged in the three types of car repair business, second motorcycle maintenance business and other motor vehicle maintenance and repair business certificate is valid for 3 years.
License for motor vehicle maintenance and repair business by the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, the road transport management institution printed and numbered, the road transport management institution at the county level in accordance with the provisions of the issuance and management.
Nineteenth operator of motor vehicle maintenance shall within 30 days before the expiry of the validity period of the license certificate to make the road transport management institution the original licensing decision for replacement procedures.
Twentieth motor vehicle maintenance operator to change licensing matters, administrative licensing matters shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of this chapter.
Motor vehicle repair operator changes its name, legal representative, address and other matters, to be made the original decision of approval of road transport authorities for the record.
The operator of motor vehicle maintenance needs to terminate its business operations, should be in the 30 days before the termination of the operation to inform the road transport management institution the original licensing decision for cancellation procedures.
