How the tyre wear is caused
Tire wear is mainly caused by the friction between the tire and the ground. Auto start, turning and braking and driving conditions are constantly changing and turning speed is too fast, starting excessive haste, brake, tire wear quickly.
In addition, tire wear and vehicle speed on, driving faster, tyre wear is more serious, and pavement quality can directly affect the friction force between the tyre and the ground, poor pavement, tire and ground sliding intensified, tire wear more quickly.
The tire wear, which is basically uniform, belongs to the normal wear and tear.
What is the tire is not normal wear
If the tyre is not used properly or the front wheel alignment is not allowed, there will be a failure of normal wear and tear, the common abnormal wear and tear have the following several:
1, the central part of the tire (tire crown) early wear:
The main reason is that inflation is too large. Appropriate increase in the amount of the tire inflation, you can reduce the rolling resistance of the tire, saving fuel. But when the inflation is too large, it will not only affect the vibration performance of the tire, but also the deformation of the tire is too large, the contact area with the ground is reduced, normal wear and tear can only be borne by the central part of the tread, the formation of early wear.
2, on both sides of the tire (tire shoulder) wear too much:
The main reason is the lack of inflation, or long-term overload driving. When the charging amount is small or the load is heavy, the contact surface between the tire and the ground is large, so that the two sides of the tire contact with the ground to participate in the work to form the early wear. The tire pressure is higher or lower than the rated value of 20%, the mileage loss of 20% ~ 25%.
3, the side of the tire wear is too large:
The main reason is the front wheel alignment. When the current wheel camber is too large, the outside of the tire to form early wear, outside the dip angle is too small or not, the inner edge of the tire to form early wear.
4, left and right front tire shoulder wave like wear
Inside the left rear wheel, the outer side of the right rear wheel is badly worn. The main reason is that the front and rear axles are not parallel, the wheelbase on the right side of the larger than the left, more than the standard. The standard wheelbase (measured before and after the spring seat at the bridge) about the maximum difference of 4mm. Solution: spring car through the screening, adjust the length of leaf spring solution. Air suspension vehicle adjustment thrust rod length.
5, left and right front tire shoulder wave like wear
Inside the right rear wheel, the left rear wheel is badly worn out. The reason is that the front and rear axes are not parallel, the wheelbase is larger than the right side of the left, more than the standard.
